Department of Recruitment and Personnel Development

The main responsibilities of the Department of Recruitment and Personnel Development include the recruitment, selection, and retention of the sufficient quantity and quality of workforce. We place special emphasis on motivating our staff, and we manage the distribution of university and state honors and titles within our Institutions. Our colleagues also handle the processing of feedback and issues related to the HR Portal, represent our University during job fair events, and ensure the prompt and effective resolution of any employee complaints and feedback.
